Jake set a goal early on to save his Esler Bucks for something he’d truly use and enjoy. After months of saving up, he redeemed them for a custom set of golf clubs he designed himself – and it turned out to be perfect timing.
Jake’s exceptional sales performance didn’t just earn him Esler Bucks, it earned him a coveted spot on the 2026 Top Performer Celebration Trip to Mexico. While on the trip, Jake had the opportunity to bring his clubs to the course for a round of golf with Esler Companies senior leaders, including Matt Esler (Owner & CEO), Ron Pelletier (CFO), and Steve Tillman (General Manager of Arizona).
“The opportunity to play golf with Matt Esler and the leadership team in Mexico was a true highlight and an experience I’ll always appreciate,” said Roberts. “It was a surreal moment, standing on the course joking with Matt and realizing that half the clubs in my bag were ones I personally designed using my Esler Bucks.”
