Oklahoma City, OK | April 23, 2026 – Esler Companies is proud to announce that Madelyn Browning, a Service Technician for Renewal by Andersen of Oklahoma, has been named the #1 Outstanding Volunteer across the national Renewal by Andersen Network as part of this year’s Renewal Week of Service.
Renewal Week of Service takes place during National Volunteer Week, April 19 through April 25, and brings teams across the network together to lean into giving back. During the week, Esler Companies equips teammates with dedicated time and resources to support nonprofit partners, reinforcing a culture of service that continues year-round.
Browning is a key member of the Renewal Cares Council, supporting national initiatives, leading locally, and setting the example for others to follow. She exemplifies the Renewal Cares culture in action.
Maddy’s passion for giving back has helped provide hundreds of underprivileged children with Christmas gifts, birthday celebrations, holiday parties, backpacks, school supplies, and more.
She has played a leading role in supporting unhoused individuals, helping deliver thousands of essential items, including clothing, toiletries, tents, sleeping bags, food, and books. She also helped mobilize teammates to build a full perimeter fence for a nonprofit partner, creating a safe and secure space for individuals to grow their own food.
Just as important is the way she brings others into the work. Maddy creates opportunities for teammates to get involved and inspires them to show up and give back.
